West Horsley Neighbourhood Plan - consulting you

West Horsley Parish Council has submitted a Neighbourhood Plan to the Council. The Neighbourhood Plan has recently been examined by an independent examiner, who recommended that a number of changes are made to the plan before it goes out to a referendum of residents in the West Horsley Neighbourhood Area.

One of these recommendations represents a significant change to the neighbourhood plan. The Council is consulting on this proposed change between 30 July and 17 September 2018. This is available to view on our consultation website, where residents can find out more about the consultation and tell us their views.

To see the neighbourhood plan, and to tell us your views on the proposed modification to the plan, please visit the consultation website.

Paper copies of the plan and the other consultation documents will also available to view at our offices during this time.

A neighbourhood plan is a document containing planning policies for a single neighbourhood area. If the plan is adopted, it will become part of the Development Plan for the borough and will help decide planning applications within the West Horsley Neighbourhood Area (West Horsley parish), along with the Council's existing Local Plan and other considerations.
