Privacy policy heritage visitor survey 2022

For the purposes of this survey post codes are collected.  Your details will not be passed to any third parties for marketing purposes.  Any personal data you provide will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation.

We are using the Audience Agency for the analysis of this survey.  The Audience Agency is a third party independent audience insight agency service which is not operated by Guildford Borough Council.  When you complete the survey your information will be shared securely with the Audience Agency who will process your data on the Council's behalf.

The anonymous protected characteristic and postcode data volunteered by survey participants is stored on Audience Agency servers in the EU (Republic of Ireland) for the purpose of providing this service.
