Payment
1. If your chosen date is available, acknowledgement of the provisional booking will be sent to you via email. Full payment will become due immediately. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, via card payment over the telephone. You will be charged based on the number of people entered on this booking request form. Cancellations may be made, however refunds will NOT be given, unless your booking is cancelled by the council.
