Access our services using MyGuildford

Due to high levels of service requests and applications, our phone lines are much busier than usual. The quickest and easiest way to access our services is by registering for an account at MyGuildford or visiting our self service pages. You can report an issue, make requests and track progress, pay your bills and apply for key services at any time.

Housing repairs during Covid-19

From 12th April 2021, in line with Government COVID guidance, we will be able to carry out all repair works both inside and outside your home. Appointments can be made for all work and our staff and contractors will be fully COVID compliant.

If you have specific health issues which mean that you are more vulnerable to infection please let us know when you report your repair to ensure we provide the correct level of  protection.

For everyone's safety we'll be asking you if:

  1. You or anyone in the house feels unwell with a fever, cough or flu like symptoms
  2. You or anyone in the house has been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, or are self-isolating. If this is the case then we will not be able to attend to work inside your property unless it is an emergency
