Following recent government advice and the relaxing of restrictions we are now able to come out for all maintenance repairs and we can book appointments. For all repair works please email repairs@guildford.gov.uk or call 01483 444222 during weekdays and 01483 532122  evenings/weekends.

Please Note: we have a backlog of repairs due to the previous Coronavirus restrictions and you may have to wait longer than usual for any non-urgent works to be completed.

For everyone's safety we'll be asking you if:

1. You or anyone in the house feel unwell with a fever, cough or flu like symptoms,

2. You or anyone in the house has been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, or are self-isolating? If this is the case then we will not be able to attend to work inside your property unless it is an emergency.
