Council housing - services for tenants

We manage approximately 5,150 properties across the borough. It is important to us that our tenants are actively engaged in the way we run our service and work in partnership with us to create successful and attractive neighbourhoods where people are proud to live.

To apply for a council home in Guildford you need to join the Housing Register.

Tenant involvement

We have a Tenants Advisory Group (TAG) that is run by current tenants who help us monitor our performance as your landlord. They are always keen to engage with fellow tenants, so get in touch with them on 01483 444303 and have your say. TAG meets every month at 10am at our offices and you are welcome to come along. Minutes of the latest TAG meeting can be found below.

All meetings run from 10am to 12 noon in Meeting Room 6 (Hurtmore) at Guildford Borough Council offices, Millmead, Guildford GU2 4BB.
