Pay for domestic extensions or alterations

If you make a Full Plans Application payment, the following fee elements apply:

• Plan Charge - you need to pay this when you make your application
• Inspection Charge - this is payable on commencement of the works.

Select the Full Plans Application (Plan Charge and Inspection Charge) if you would like pay for both Plan Charge and Inspection Charge together.

When submitting a Building Notice or Regularisation application payment, there is only a single charge to pay at the time of making your application.

If you are paying for domestic extensions (table B) and alterations (table C) elements at the same time, then a 25% discount of the lowest charge is applied. Please note any discount will be taken from the inspection charge if applying for a full plans application. This does not apply to regularisations.
