New applications to join Part 1 of the register cost £27. This only needs to be paid once by the association.
New applications to join Part 2 of the register cost £11.
Every additional member of the association must complete a separate application form. Entries for additional members cost £11.
Please make sure you meet the eligibility and financial criteria as refunds are not given if you are found not to be.
