Housing Needs Assessment 2026

To help inform the new Guildford Local Plan, we've prepared the Guildford Housing Needs Assessment (PDF, 2 MB).

The Housing Needs Assessment gives a better understanding of our housing needs. It examines:

• how many homes we need (based on Government's Standard Method)
• what type of homes we need including affordable homes and for different groups within the population
