Employment Needs Assessment 2026

To help inform the new Guildford Local Plan, we've prepared the Employment Needs Assessment (PDF, 5 MB) This includes an assessment of how much employment land/floorspace we'll need in Guildford until 2045 for:

  • office uses
  • industrial uses
