Apply for an ASB case review

The ASB case review (previously known as a Community Trigger) gives you the right to request a review of your anti-social behaviour complaints.

What you need to know

• You can only apply for an ASB case review if:
  • you have reported three separate, but related anti-social behaviour incidents in the last six months to a qualifying agency/agencies
  • the problem is still persisting 
• reviews will be undertaken by the local Community Safety Partnership

What we need to know

• information about all three reported incidents
• how it's affected you
• your name
• your address
• your telephone number and email address, so we can contact you if we need more information or to update you on the outcome
