You can manage your council tax account online. You can set this up after you receive your first bill by post.
To manage your council tax online you'll need to:
- sign up or log in to your MyGuildford account
- link your council tax account with your MyGuildford account
Once linked, you can:
- set up a direct debit
- request a reduction or discount to your bill
- tell us about changes that might affect your bill
