Your council tax, benefits or business rates accounts will be offline

From 4pm on Friday 31 March until 5pm on Monday 3 April you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates accounts on MyGuildford. This is whilst we run our year end processes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Order an additional bin

We currently have no 240L recycling bins. We are awaiting more stock from our supplier. All orders including a 240L recycling bins are now placed on our priority list for delivery. You can use clear sacks for your recycling until your new bin arrives. Thank you for your support.

There are some circumstances where you can request additional bins.

What you need to know 

You can request an additional bin if:

  • you want an additional recycling bin
  • a household member has a medical condition that generates a lot of non-recyclable waste
  • five or more people live at my property

The number of green recycling bins at your property will need to be the same or more than the number of black refuse bins.
