Top tips on securing a contract with us

Here are some of our top tips to securing a contract with us:

  • always ask for help -every tender process is completed through the Intend portal (opens new window). There is a messaging portal to ask questions
  • answer questions in full - provide as much evidence and detail as possible
  • make it clear which question your answer refers to - you should clearly number paragraphs or your answers
  • you will only be marked on the content of your application - not if you have a history of working with us
  • be clear on your pricing - tell us if you are making any assumptions with cost or timescales
  • do not include publicity or promotional material
