Heritage services mailing list privacy statement

To receive newsletters or information from us you must complete our subscription form. This includes information about our public events and activities.

By contacting us at heritageservices@guildford.gov.uk you can:

  • update your form
  • update your details and preferences
  • withdraw your consent to use your information

We will contact you for the sole purpose of sending you the requested newsletter. We will not disclose any information to other organisations unless the law requires us to do so.

We will process your personal data in line with:

  • the Data Protection Act 2018
  • General Data Protection Regulation

We will keep your data on file for three years, after which time it will be destroyed. This includes risk assessments and insurance details.
