We will not be able to take payments over the phone from 5.30pm on Tuesday 15 July to Wednesday 16 July. This is whilst we carry out some essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience.

What you need to know

Events will not go ahead without written confirmation from us.

We need to receive your:

  • application no later than nine months before your event
  • draft supporting documents no later than six months before your event
