We're carrying out a housing survey

We've commissioned Acuity Research & Practice (Acuity) to carry out our housing survey. They will be in touch with our residents to find out about our services. 

Who are Acuity?

Acuity are an independent market research company, that have specialised in the housing industry since 1998. They provide tenant satisfaction surveys and other research services across the housing sector.

What services do they provide?

Services Acuity Research provide include:

  • benchmarking
  • data analytics
  • customer analysis to improve services and engage with residents across the country.

Who will be contacted and how?

Residents will be contacted by phone, email or SMS text with the aim of interviewing a range of tenants. The caller will introduce themselves as Acuity. They will say that they are working on behalf of us (Guildford Borough Council).

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
