View your business rates and BID levy accounts

  1. log in to your MyGuildford account (opens new window) 
  2. click the 'revenues and benefits' tile
  3. select 'continue' on the 'view other services' page
  4. select 'business rates' or 'BID Levy' on the 'your services' page

On your business rates summary page you can:

  • view your account statement
  • view your next instalment
  • view payments received by us
  • sign up for on-line billing - we email you when a new bill is available
  • use a list of quick links to manage your account - for example request a copy bill or upload information

Start managing your business rates account online

To manage your business rates online you'll need to:

Check that the login says Business Account - you may need to switch to this.

  • if you have a residential account you need a different email address for your business account.
  • each business has a main organisation email address. If this already exists, we will contact your business to check who should have access. More than one person can have access.

Once you have a business rates account number you'll need to:

  • link your business rates account with your MyGuildford account

To link both accounts you'll need:

  • your business rate account number - found on your latest bill it has 10 digits omit the X
  • your business name exactly as it appears on your rates bill
  • postcode of your business property within Guildford Borough
