Delivering our strategy

We intend to deliver our Corporate Strategy through our annual Delivery Plan. Costed and agreed within our annual budget.

Our annual Delivery Plan sets out the key actions and initiatives that we plan to deliver. We are currently delivering on our 2024/25 Delivery Plan, and have published our quarter 1 and 2 Progress Report (PDF, 3 MB)(opens new window) which details the progress we have made so far. We will continue to deliver this plan and will provide another update at the end of quarter 4.

We have also published our Delivery Plan for 2026-27 (PDF, 7 MB) which sets out the most important and significant actions and activities we will be undertaking during 2026/27. 

A key part of achieving our resilient and well-managed council priority is delivering our improvement plan.
