Friday 9 October

10:00             The Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, along with fellow councillors, Honorary Freemen, Honorary Aldermen and other civic dignitaries from across Surrey, attends the Service for the Judiciary at Holy Trinity Church, High Street, Guildford.

 

Saturday 10 October

12:30             The Mayor officially opens a new clinic, The Hearing Services, in Castle Street, Guildford.

 

Monday 12 October

12:30             The Mayor attends SATROFEST: Built Environment Festival, an event organised by one of the Mayor's chosen charities, SATRO, at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford, where she will meet young people exploring careers and opportunities. 

13:15             The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Dominique Williams, attends the TALK Surrey CIO Annual General Meeting and Afternoon Tea at Wotton House, Wotton, Dorking.

18:20             The Mayor, accompanied by her guest, Ms Linda Hopkins, attends the Guildford Cathedral Transformations Exhibition at Guildford Cathedral, a panel evening which will bring together faith leaders, prison practitioners and charity representatives who will discuss how art can benefit those in prison.

 

Tuesday 13 October

11:45             The Mayor attends Home-Start Guildford's Ada Lovelace Day, celebrating women in STEM at Horsley Towers, East Horsley.

 

Thursday 15 October

14:00             The Mayor attends the Burpham Wellfest Networking event at G Live, Guildford.

14:00             The Mayor attends G Live for a planning meeting for the Winter Wellfest event on Saturday, 7 November.  Winter Wellfest Guildford exclusively features over 50 local wellbeing providers and tickets are available now from: https://www.winterwellfest.uk/

 

Monday 19 October

12:15             The Mayor attends the Sime Gallery CIO Theatrical Exhibition Reception at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford.

13:45             The Mayor, accompanied by a guest, attends the British Heart Foundation Volunteer Awards Presentation at St Francis Church, Westborough.

18:00             The Mayor attends the Basketball4All Basketball session at St Peter's Roman Catholic Comprehensive School, Guildford.

 

Tuesday 20 October

10:00             The Mayor visits Headway Surrey to see them in action at their offices in North Road, Guildford.

 

Wednesday 21 October

10:30             The Mayor visit the Surrey Veteran Hub at Woking Fire Station, Woking.

18:15             The Mayor attends the Guildford Society Annual Architecture Lecture at St Cecilia's Hall, St Peter's Roman Catholic Comprehensive School, Guildford.

 

Thursday 22 October

10:30             The Mayor attends the Surrey Poppy Launch 2026 at the Army Training Centre, Pirbright.
