10:50         The Mayor, Councillor Howard Smith, attends the opening of a new pedestrian crossing on Epsom Road, Guildford.

Sunday 1 March

09:20          The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Debbie Smith and family, attends the Guildfordians Rugby Club Rugby Festival for Children at the Old Guildfordians Pavilion, London Road, Guildford.

Monday 2 March

19:00          The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, hosts a Charity Evening at The Shahin Restaurant, Woodbridge Hill, Guildford.  Proceeds from this event will go to the Mayor's chosen charities.

Wednesday 4 March

09:30          The Mayor visits the Vice Chancellor, Professor Stephen Jarvis, at the University of Surrey, Guildford.

Thursday 5 March

15:15          The Mayor attends the Guildford Institute's Annual General Meeting at Ward Street, Guildford.

Friday 6 March

13:45          The Mayor attends the World Day of Prayer Service at St Francis Church, Guildford.

Saturday 7 March

18:30          The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Woking's Charity Spring Ball at the Hilton Woking.  Proceeds from this event will go to the Mayor of Woking's chosen charities.

Sunday 8 March

14:30          The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the opening of The Methodist Modern Art Collection at St Mary's Church, Quarry Street, Guildford.

Tuesday 10 March

18:15         The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Rotary Club of Guildford Wey Schools Charity Concert at G Live, Guildford.

Wednesday 11 March

11:00         The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends the Women's Support Centre Surrey (part of Catalyst Support) Celebration of International Women's Day 2026 at their offices at Woking High Street.

Thursday 12 March

09:30         The Mayor attends a Governors Meeting at Abbot's Hospital, High Street, Guildford.

Saturday 14 March

15:00         The Mayor hosts the Mayor of Guildford's Service to the Community Awards at The County Club, High Street, Guildford.

18:50         The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford Chamber Choir Choral Concert at St Nicolas Church, Bury Street, Guildford.
