10:30             The Mayor, Councillor Jane Tyson, attends Guildford Borough Council's Family Activity Session at the Guildhall, Guildford.

Wednesday 5 August

10:30             The Mayor attends a Coffee Morning at Abbot's Hospital, where she joins residents and guests for a presentation recognising Desmond McCann on his retirement as a Governor and thanking him for his dedicated service to the Hospital.

14:30             The Mayor chairs the Annual Meeting of the Trustees of the Mayor of Guildford's Local Support Fund.

Thursday 6 August

11:00             The Mayor visits Oakleaf Enterprise for a tour of the facility at Walnut Tree Close, Guildford.

Saturday 8 August

19:00             The Mayor, accompanied by a guest, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for the Mayor of Spelthorne's Charity 'Mayor's Rat Pack Evening' at Thames Side Brewery, Staines.  Funds raised will go to the Mayor of Spelthorne's chosen charities.

13:00             The Mayor attends a Summer Party at Silverbirch House Care Home, Guildford.

10:00             The Mayor joins judges online for the Guildford Festival of the Arts Open Call Competition.

Wednesday 12 August

09:50             The Mayor meets Chinese students at the Guildhall, organised through the UK-China & Education Exchange Centre.

Friday 14 August

11:00             The Mayor, accompanied by a guest, attends the Headway Surrey Head Injuries Association Limited's Summer Party and Annual General Meeting at The Spike, Guildford.

17:30             The Mayor attends the Sime Gallery fundraising event, "Worplesdon Yeehaw" at Worplesdon Memorial Hall, Worplesdon.
