What you need to know

A public inquiry is a formal procedure open to the public. It's led by an Planning Inspector. The procedure allows the named parties to give evidence. The Inspector will consider all the information on the appeal before making a decision.

A planning inquiry related to Land on the east side of, Alms Heath, Ockham, Woking, GU23 6NZ will open at 10:00am on 29 September 2026 and is anticipated to run for 4 days across 29 September, 30 September, 1 October and 2 October, with the following two days (5 and 6 October) held in reserve should these be required.

Appeal by Messrs Knight, Cawley et al. against refusal of planning application 25/P/01459.
