What are we consulting on? 

We are consulting on revisions to Licensing Authority's Statement of Licensing Policy which is due for review by 7 January 2026.

Comments are invited from licence holders, responsible authorities, other stakeholders and members of the public on the consultation draft and can be provided by email to regulatoryservices@guildford.gov.uk

The consultation runs from Monday 4 August until Sunday 2 November. Any responses received will be published by the Council and will be considered by the Council's Licensing Committee on 19 November.
