How do I pay for my garage?
A rent payment must be paid in advance by card and all subsequent rent payments by direct debit.
A month's rent is payable by card in advance on receipt of the keys and tenancy agreement.
Your rent payments must be paid by direct debit. If you are an existing Guildford Borough Council tenant, your garage rent charge will be added to your existing rent account. If you are not already a tenant, you will be asked to complete a direct debit mandate at the start of your tenancy.
