Your council tax, benefits or business rates account will be offline

From 5pm on Tuesday 11 February until Sunday 16 February you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we prepare annual bills. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Housing and Homelessness

If you're a tenant in our borough and getting Universal Credit, there's changes to your rent this year. This is due to the 53 week year. Find out more information about the changes.

You can apply for council housing through us. You'll usually have to join a waiting list and you're not guaranteed to get a property.
