We're committed to putting residents at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's shaping housing policies, improving repairs, tackling anti-social behaviour, or helping to make neighbourhoods cleaner and safer - your voice makes a real difference.
Our Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement programme is how we listen, learn, and act. You can get involved in ways that suit you - from filling in a quick survey or reading our tenant magazine, to joining a regular panel or estate walkabout.
Our new Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy sets out how we will involve and work in partnership with tenants and leaseholders across all housing services.

Keep in Touch
