Get Involved: Help Shape Your Housing Services
We want our housing services to work for you - and that means involving tenants and leaseholders at every stage. From shaping policies to improving estates, your voice helps us deliver better, safer, and more responsive services.
Why Resident Engagement Matters
The Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, now in force, strengthens your rights as residents. It ensures:
- Greater oversight and accountability for landlords
- Stronger protections and fair treatment for tenants
- A legal duty for landlords to listen, respond, and act on your feedback
The Regulator of Social Housing's Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard (from April 2024) sets out clear expectations for how we must:
- Be open with residents
- Treat you with fairness and respect
- Involve you in decision-making
- Make it easy for you to raise concerns and hold us to account
Your Voice, Your Impact
We offer a range of ways for you to get involved - whether you have 5 minutes or want to take on a bigger role. Every voice counts, and every bit of feedback helps.
