Renew your Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Register membership

Existing members should renew their membership annually to stay on Part 1 or 2 of the register. For those on Part 1 of the Register, there is an annual renewal charge of £11 due by 31 October, regardless of the date of joining the register.

Please make sure you meet the eligibility and financial criteria as refunds will not be given if you are found to be not eligible. Please provide your information on this form as we need to check you are still eligible.

In order to meet the local eligibility criteria to stay on Part 1 of the register, please select one of the following statements.*
1. My partner or I have lived in Guildford Borough for at least 5 years prior to the date of this application
2. My partner or I have been working in permanent full-time employment (greater than 16 hours per week) in Guildford Borough for at least 3 years and continue to do so
3. My partner or I am currently or have been in the past 5 years been a member of the Armed Forces
4. None of the above
You are not eligible to stay on Part 1 of the register as you do not meet the local eligibility criteria. If you meet the general eligibility criteria and the financial criteria and wish to join Part 2 of the register, please complete a new application form as an individual or association.
