If your weekly waste and recycling is not collected by midday on Friday, let us know.

Read the information below before reporting:

  • our crews will return for a missed collection if it was a fault or delay of our own
  • if the crew reported an issue when attempting to make the collection, this form will not allow you to report the missed collection. Your bins/sacks will be collected on your next collection day. You can request an additional commercial waste collection
  • you must be logged in to your MyGuildford account to report a missed commercial waste collection
