  • we will help you understand any issues with your application
  • you will get written guidance on your application and how it could be submitted
  • you can get extra time with an officer, charged at £60 per hour, paid in advance
  • extra environmental health officer time is also available, charged at £75 per hour, paid in advance. They can offer you advice on public nuisance and public safety
  • this service usually takes 15 working days
