View your council tax account

To manage your council tax online you'll need to:

• register for council tax (if you're a new resident)
• sign up or log in to your MyGuildford account (opens new window)

When you first log in, you will need to link your council tax account to your MyGuildford account. To do this click the 'council tax' tile.

You'll need:

• your council tax account number - found on your latest bill
• your name exactly as it appears on your council tax bill
• postcode of your property
• national insurance number if you:
  • have applied for Local Council Tax Support
  • are named on a council tax support application

Once you have linked your accounts you can: 

• view your account statement
• view your next instalment
• view payments received by us
• access a list of quick links to manage your account
