Hire our promotional space in the town centre
Our promotional space is called 'The Rotunda'.
It's a bricked circle of approximately 10 metre diameter. It can be hired for commercial and charity events.
Location
It is located opposite the Friary Shopping Centre at the end of Friary Street, GU1 4EH.

There are no facilities. Electricity or water is not available on site.

How to book
If you're interested in hiring the Rotunda, email events@guildford.gov.uk. We'll then send you a provisional booking form.
For all bookings we will need:
- information about the proposed activity
- risk assessment
- evidence of £5million public liability insurance
- evidence of £5million product liability cover
We also need evidence of the correct licensing. These could include:
- a street trading license if selling goods
- a charity collection licence
- a temporary events (TENS) licence if selling alcohol
