Confidentiality & Data Sharing
JAG members should share with confidence. It is appropriate to share where the disclosure is necessary for the:
- prevention or detection of crime, disorder, and anti-social behaviour
- protection of public safety
- protection of the rights and freedoms of others
- protection of young or other vulnerable people
All JAG partners should sign up to the Surrey Crime and Disorder Information Sharing Protocol (opens new window)
All JAG partners should use ECINS, the agreed multi-agency case management system for JAG cases.
