Accessibility is really important
We are committed to taking reasonable and practicable steps to ensure every polling station is accessible to electors with disabilities.
It's vital that residents with disabilities make their views known. Representations from organisations or those with expertise in access for people with disabilities are also welcomed.
What happens next?
We must publish all proposals and any comments received. They will be published on our website throughout the review.
The proposals and all representations will also be available for inspection at our Millmead Office. You must make an appointment with Electoral Services to come in between these times:

- 08:45 to 16:00 on Fridays
Final proposals will go to Full Council on 24 February 2025 for a formal decision. Those individuals registered to vote will be informed of any changes in their area in March 2025.
