Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy consultation
To ensure that our Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy truly reflects the needs, experiences, and aspirations of our community we consulted with residents and stakeholders through a range of methods. This report focuses on the completed feedback from the online survey that ran between 20 March and 6 April 2025. We received a total of 33 completed online surveys
By actively seeking input from tenants, leaseholders, and other community members, we aimed to foster a transparent, inclusive, and responsive process that builds trust and accountability. This consultation has allowed us to gather firsthand insights and diverse perspectives, which are critical in identifying both the strengths of our current approach and the areas in need of improvement. Ultimately, engaging with stakeholders has not only enhanced the quality of our strategy but has also empowered the community to be active participants in shaping the future of housing services, ensuring that every voice is heard and considered.
Attached is a summary for each question followed by ideas on how further enhance the overall strategy based on the collected feedback.
