1. Change of use of a building to use as one or more separate dwellinghouses costs:
  - £578 per dwellinghouse, up to and including 10 dwellinghouses
  - £624 per dwellinghouse, between 10 and 50 dwellinghouses
  - £30,860 + £186 per additional dwellinghouse over 50, up to a maximum fee of £405,000
