We intend to deliver our Corporate Strategy through our annual Delivery Plan. Costed and agreed within our annual budget. This will set out the key things we plan to do. Our Delivery Plan (PDF, 2 MB) sets out the most important and significant actions and activities we will be undertaking during 2025-26. 

A key part of achieving our resilient and well-managed council priority is delivering our improvement plan.
