New dwellinghouses cost:

• £578 per dwellinghouse, up to and including 10 dwellinghouses
• £624 per dwellinghouse, between 11 and 50 dwellinghouses 
• £30,860 + £186 per additional dwellinghouse over 50, up to a maximum fee of £405,000

How much gross floor space will be created by the development?

• If there is no increase in gross floor space or no more than 40 sq m - £293
• If there is more than 40 sq m but no more than 1000 sq m - £578 for each 75 sq m or part thereof
• If there is more than 1000 sq m but no more than 3,750 sq m - £624 for each 75 sq m or part thereof
• If there is more than 3,750 sq m - £30,680 + £186 for each additional 75 sq m in excess of 3,750 sq m to a maximum of £405,000

How much gross floor space will be created by the development?

• If there is no more than 465 sq m - £120
• If there is more than 465 sq m but no more than 540 sq m - £578
• If there is more than 540 sq m but not more than 1000 sq m - £578 for the first 540 sq m + £578 for each 75 sq m (or part thereof) in excess of 540 sq m
• If there is more than 1000 sq m but not more than 4215 sq m - £624 for the first 1000 sq m + £624 for each 75 sq m (or part thereof) in excess of 1000 sq m
• If there is more than 4215 sq m - £30,860 + £186 for each additional 75 sq m (or part thereof) in excess of 4,215 sq m to a maximum of £405,000
