  - £578 per dwellinghouse, up to and including 10 dwellinghouses
  - £624 per dwellinghouse, between 11 and 50 dwellinghouses
  - £30,860 + £186 per additional dwellinghouse over 50, up to a maximum fee of £405,000
4. How much gross floor space will be created by the development?
  - If there is no increase in gross floor space or no more than 40 sq m - £293
  - If there is more than 40 sq m but no more than 1000 sq m - £578 for each 75 sq m or part thereof
  - If there is more than 1000 sq m but no more than 3,750 sq m - £624 for each 75 sq m or part thereof
  - If there is more than 3,750 sq m - £30,680 + £186 for each additional 75 sq m in excess of 3,750 sq m to a maximum of £405,000
5. How much gross floor space will be created by the development?

  - If there is more than 465 sq m but no more than 540 sq m - £578
