We are finalising an Infrastructure Baseline Study to help inform the preparation of the New Guildford Local Plan It covers the first stage of infrastructure planning only (i.e. an assessment of the baseline). We will publish this shortly.

Infrastructure Delivery plan

The Local Plan Strategy and Sites 2019 includes an Infrastructure Schedule at Appendix 6.

We will be compiling a new Infrastructure Delivery Plan as part of the next phases of the Guildford Local Plan preparation when we begin to develop our preferred spatial strategy. This will set out infrastructure proposed to support planned growth.
