Notify Us

When you're about to begin building work on-site, and throughout the process, you'll need to fill in and submit certain notices to us at different stages. These notices are:

1. Start of work: notice is required two days before your on-site construction begins. You must provide your appointed contractor form details by this time
2. Commencement of work: notice is required within five days of starting the on-site construction
3. Completion of work: notice is required within five days of finishing all the building work. Everyone responsible must complete this notice. If you do not complete this, you may not be able to get the completion certificate
