Invoicing
Invoices can be paid in the following ways.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay your invoices by Direct Debit, please download the
direct debit form [40.65KB]
and fill out and return by post to Financial Services, Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4BB. Please note we cannot accept Direct Debit forms by email.

By telephone
Call 03300 889584 (Tonepay automated service).
At the Bank
Payment can be made at any bank using the Bank Giro Credit slip. If payment is made at a bank other than HSBC, or your own bank, you may incur a charge.
Important information
- Payment will only be regarded as having been made when it is actually received and identified in this department.
- In all cases the invoice number must be quoted in order to ensure that your account is correctly credited.
