Accessible homes

This is required for residential sites of 25 or more properties. You need to provide a housing mix plan showing which properties will be accessible.

Make sure that:

• 10% of new homes meet the criteria for 'accessible and adaptable dwellings' set out in the Building Regulations M4 (2)
• 5% of new homes meet the criteria for 'wheelchair user dwellings' as set out in the Building Regulations M4 (3)
