If you're a domestic waste customer, you can use our find your bin page to check your next bin collection date.
If you're a commercial waste customer, you'll need to log in to your MyGuildford account (opens new window) to check your next bin collection date.

High hedge disputes

Make a complaint

To make a complaint, you need to fill out this form high hedges complaint form 2025 (PDF, 147 KB).

You will also need to provide a:

  • site plan with the hedge marked on it. This should be to scale and show relevant measurements for the site and the hedge. It should also include the direction of north

You can then return the form to:

You will also need to make a credit or debit card payment of £715.00. You can either do this in person at our offices, or by phoning 01483 505050.
