Easter Closures

Our Millmead office and phone lines will be closed on Good Friday 18 April and Easter Monday 21 April.

During closures, you can call us in an emergency using the relevant number listed on our website. For non-emergencies, use our customer 'Contact us' form. 

Bins for new build properties

If you're moving into a new-build property and you do not have any bins, contact your developer. 

The developer needs to:

  • pay for the bins and the delivery
  • they must give us notice so we can make sure we have the bins in stock and arrange their delivery

If you're a developer, we'll need: 

  • 4-6 weeks notice for large developments (six plus communal bins or 20 plus 240ltr bins)
  • 3-4 weeks notice for smaller developments

Contact customer services (opens new window) to arrange payment and delivery.

Please be aware that bin deliveries are currently taking longer than usual due to low stock levels. We are actively working to resolve this issue. Our standard service will resume as soon as possible.
