Bins for new build properties

If you're moving into a new-build property and you do not have any bins, contact your developer. 

The developer needs to:

  • pay for the bins and the delivery
  • they must give us notice so we can make sure we have the bins in stock and arrange their delivery

If you're a developer, we'll need: 

  • 4-6 weeks notice for large developments (six plus communal bins or 20 plus 240ltr bins)
  • 3-4 weeks notice for smaller developments
