Planned maintenance to our systems

Local Plan - Changes to legislation

Recently, the Government changed: 

  • the Use Classes Order 
  • the General Permitted Development Order 

The most significant change is that several Use Classes have been merged. The new Use Class E covers the following uses: 

  • commercial 
  • business 
  • service
