You can swap your green recycling bin or black refuse bin for a smaller or larger bin. If you'd like to swap to smaller bins, you will need to provide reasoning. Garden waste bins cannot be swapped.
Available sizes:
- 140 litres
- 240 litres
What you need to know
Your green recycling bin must always be equal to, or larger than, your black refuse bin. For example:
- if you want a larger black refuse bin, you will automatically get a larger green recycling bin if you don't already have one
- if you want a smaller green recycling bin, you will automatically get a smaller black refuse bin if you don't already have one
