Your council tax, benefits or business rates account will be offline

From 5pm on Tuesday 24 February until Sunday 1 March you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we prepare annual bills. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Lost property

If you think you lost something in a taxi or private hire vehicle email us with the details and we will ask drivers to check their vehicles. It would be helpful to know:

  • what you lost
  • where you were picked up and dropped off
  • the date and time of your journey
