Hot weather

The Met Office (opens new window) has forecast hot weather across Guildford. Read our advice during hot weather.

Bin collections

Due to the high temperatures, our bin crews will be starting collections earlier than usual to help keep them safe in the heat. Please make sure your bins are out the night before, as collections will take place from 5.30am for the rest of the week. Thank you for helping our crews work safely during the hot weather.

Anti-social behaviour case review

What will happen after I submit a form?

Once we receive your ASB case review submission, we will;

  • confirm we have received your ASB Case Review request within three working days

Your submission will then be passed to an ASB case review panel, to asses whether it meets the threshold.

If your submission does meet the threshold and is accepted;

  • the panel will meet to review the case and agree an action plan if applicable
  • we will contact you with the outcome of the panel meeting within 25 working days

If the ASB Case Review threshold is not met, we will let you know and explain why it has not met the threshold.
