Technical issues when searching for a planning application

We're experiencing some technical issues with our planning application search. Some customers may not be able to search for planning applications during this time. We're working hard to fix this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

Homes 4 U

Since January 2004 Homes 4 U has helped approximately 1200 households move into private rented accommodation, by providing deposits. There are currently 350 active private tenancies that we have helped to secure.

If you own property and let it out in Guildford or the surrounding area you can receive a no fee service including free tenancy support and a continuous supply of tenants for re-lettings.

We provide you with:

  • a free tenant introduction service
  • a free tenancy agreement
  • a free independent inventory service
  • a designated point of contact with us to assist you during the tenancy
