View your business rates and BID levy accounts
- log in to your MyGuildford account (opens new window)
- click the 'revenues and benefits' tile
- select 'continue' on the 'view other services' page
- select 'business rates' or 'BID Levy' on the 'your services' page
On your business rates summary page you can:
- view your account statement
- view your next instalment
- view payments received by us
- sign up for on-line billing - we email you when a new bill is available
- use a list of quick links to manage your account - for example request a copy bill or upload information
Start managing your business rates account online
To manage your business rates online you'll need to:
- register for business rates (if you're a new business) (opens new window)
- sign up or log in to your MyGuildford Business account (opens new window)
Check that the login says Business Account - you may need to switch to this.
- if you have a residential account you need a different email address for your business account.
- each business has a main organisation email address. If this already exists, we will contact your business to check who should have access. More than one person can have access.
Once you have a business rates account number you'll need to:
- link your business rates account with your MyGuildford account
To link both accounts you'll need:
- your business rate account number - found on your latest bill it has 10 digits omit the X
- your business name exactly as it appears on your rates bill
- postcode of your business property within Guildford Borough
