Before you apply

• read the award guidelines
• view the list of previous winners (An individual or organisation cannot win a Mayor's Award more than once.)

Information you'll need to provide

• what activities has the nominee undertaken
• who benefits from the activities undertaken by the nominee
• how the nominee's activities improve community life
• a short summary text of no more than 500 words (this will be read out at the ceremony and presented to successful recipients, along with their certificate)
• upload at least one supporting letter
