Changes to our local recycling points

We have now closed 22 of our local recycling points. There are signs at our recycling points to show you where your nearest alternative recycling site is. Everything that is currently recycled at these sites will be collected in your kerbside collection.

Use the map below to find which recycling point is closest to you and what you can recycle there.

The Slyfield community recycling centre will be closed from 15 June to 30 June 2024 for essential maintenance.

You can take your household waste and recycling to an alternative recycling site:

Farnham
Witley
Dorking
Leatherhead
Woking
Cranleigh
Camberley

To use one of these Surrey community recycling centres, you will need to prove you're a resident in Surrey.

The following documentation is acceptable as proof of your address:

  • your driving licence
  • this year's council tax bill
  • a recent utility bill
  • your Surrey bus pass
  • any official or government document that shows your name and address
